Zachary W. Phillips is the principal attorney at ZWP Firm and a lifelong resident of Florida, with a deep commitment to the Palm Beach County community. His legal focus includes real estate transactions, probate administration, estate planning, equine law, and corporate counsel for growing businesses.
Zachary earned his undergraduate degree in finance from Florida State University, followed by his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, where he graduated magna cum laude. During law school, he was a member of the Moot Court team, Law Review, and the National Trial Association.
He is admitted to both the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Zachary is also an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, including its Probate and Guardianship Committee.
